About Chiang Mai

Chiangmai, Thailand’s northern capital, lies in a lush fertile valley some 750 kms. north of Bangkok.

Founded in the 11th century. It is considered by many as the “Shangri-La” of Thailand.

The province is noted for its beautiful women, distinctive festivals marvelous scenic splendour, historic temples, hilltribes, fruits and temperate climate.
