About Chengdu & Tibet

Chengdu in mainland China is a popular springboard to Tibet. Two flights leave daily to Lhasa in Tibet.

Chengdu is the best place to Panda. Other attractions include Ancient Sanxingdui Ruins, the Terro-cotta Warriors 2, etc.

The flight from Chengdu to Tibet is great, when you look out of the window about 20 minutes before landing, you will see a heart-breaking beautiful view of the snow capped mountains!

Day 1 - Arrival at Chengdu. Visit Du Pu Cottage and Wuhochi Temple. Stay at Jinjiang Hotel.
Day 2 - Flight to Tibet. Check in at Lhasa Hotel and then enjoy the breathtaking plateau. Stay at Lhasa Hotel.
Day 3 - After breakfast, visit Potala Palace. After visit Sera Monastery and Norbuglinkha, the Jewel Park.
Day 4 - Places to be visited include Jokhank (Dazao) Monastery. After lunch, stroll and shop along Barskhor street.
Day 5 - Transfer to airport for Chengdu. At Chengdu, visit the tombs of Wangjian and the River Wangjing Park. Stay at Jinjiang Hotel.
Day 6 - Own your own (free day) until it's time to depart for Bangkok.
